Registrations
A registration is a collection of sites, or a single substation enrolled to participate in a demand response programme. Multiple sites can be enrolled in a programme together under a single registration.
8.1 Existing Registrations
Existing registrations registered under your organisation can be viewed via the ‘My Organisation’ tab. In the top right-hand display, registrations will be the default view of the ‘Demand Response Measures’ display. From this screen you will see the name of the registration, the demand response programme the registration is associated with and the total capacity of all the site associated with the registration.By clicking on one of those sites you will get a more comprehensive information about this site. This information includes:
- Registration Name
- Associated Programme
- Start and End Date of the Registration
- Your Organisation’s Name
- Associated Sites
8.2 Creating New Registrations
- If you want create a registration for your organisation the information listed in ‘8.1 Existing Registrations’ is what you will need prior to creating said registration.You will notice that once you click submit on your new registration that the registration you have created will go into a pending status. This is because any new registration in the DRMS needs to be approved by a member of the Demand Response Team at Transpower.Please be aware that the sites associated with a registration must lie on the same GXP otherwise the registration will not save and present you with a red error banner across the top of your screen.
8.3 Deactivating a Registration
- If at any stage your registration is no longer valid you can deactivate it in the DRMS by clicking on the pencil in the top left corner of said registration. By changing the end date on the registration to the day before the present day and saving the registration will transition to a deactivated status and disappear from the list of your current registrations. Please do not delete existing registrations to remove said registration from active status as this cant cause serious issues with historical event and settlement information.
