My Profile

3.1 Accessing My Profile

To access your profile, you need to click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the platform displaying the ‘My Profile’ and ‘Logout’ functions. Your profile consists of two main features, your personal details and your user permissions. For additional information regarding your user permissions please refer to ‘Users’.

3.2 Editing My Profile

If at any stage the information about your user is incorrect (i.e. phone number or email address changed) you can edit these details by clicking on the pencil icon in the top left-hand corner of this screen. This function will allow you to edit:

• Your Name
• Your Email Address
• Your Phone Number and ability to receive SMS notifications
• Update your password
