My Notifications

The DRMS supports sending automated notifications of important events. The subject of the notifications depends on the reason for the notification and the permissions you hold. To view the notification permissions please refer the ‘My Profile’ tab.

2.1 Delivery Mechanisms

By default, notifications are delivered by email and in-app. Some notifications may optionally be delivered via SMS and only if your user was set up with permission to receive SMS notifications.

2.2 DRMS Notifications

In addition to notifications sent via email and SMS, you can receive in-app notifications. If your organisation does have notifications the envelop symbol (which is in the top right had corner of the DRMS) will be accompanied by a number in a red circle.The most common reasons for an organisation receiving notifications are:

  • Requests for event participation.
  • Notification of settlements created.
  • Notification of a registration created.

A notification can be marked as done, acknowledging you have seen and dismissed a notification. You can also acknowledge multiple notifications at once by pressing the ‘Mark All Done’ button at the bottom left of the notifications bar.

2.3 SMS Notifications

Only a sub-set of the complete list of notifications can be sent via SMS.These are:

  • When an event offer window opens
  • When an event offer window closes
  • If an event has been cancelled
  • If an event has been declined

You must have entered a valid NZ mobile number and enabled SMS notifications in your profile to receive SMS notifications.
