If an organisation is required to provide meter data in response to events a ‘Child Events Pending Meter Data’ Task will appear in the task bar as well as additional notifications.Meter data exists at a site level.

The file formats that can be uploaded into the DRMS via the meter data upload screen shown in Figure , are:
- EIEP3
- EIEP13a (Not all EIEP13A files are supported, just those that contain only half-hour interval data
- DRMS Custom Format
