Meter data exists at a site level and therefore you need to submit the meter data for each site associated with a registration before the settlement can be calculated for said registration.The file formats that can be uploaded into the DRMS via the meter data upload screen are:

* DRMS Custom Format

: To find the meter data upload screen you need to click on the meter data link from the menu and transition from the default ‘Sites’ display to the ‘Uploads’ screen in the top left-hand corner of the DRMS.

=====10.2 Viewing Meter Data=====

:Each month on approximately the fourth data the previous months meter data will be uploaded for each of your organisations sites. This meter data as well as any other historic meter data can be view in the Meter Data viewer which is the default screen under the Meter Data screen. In the meter data viewer, you are able to look back at historical meter data by using the date selectors. Additionally, there are other feature you can use to specify the meter data you want to view. You can restrict the meter data viewer using the following functions:

=====10.3 Calculating Settlements=====

:The settlement for each registration for each event is calculated once the meter data for the associated sites had been uploaded into the DRMS. The settlement is calculated by determining the percentage of the capacity scheduled into the Demand Response event vs what the capacity delivered was. This percentage is call the performance percentage and when this value is multiplied by the dollar per megawatt hour value agreed upon in the opting phase of the corresponding event the settlement is known.

10.1 Submitting Meter Data
